Privacy policy
Rising XI keeps only the information needed to follow one child's football season together. This page explains which account, family-space, player, agenda, match, and statistics data is used, why it is used, and how to exercise your rights. Last updated: 4 September 2026.
Publisher and data controller
The Rising XI app, available at www.rising11.club, is published by Madinina Tech, a French micro-enterprise registered under SIREN 107 729 410, whose registered office is at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. Madinina Tech acts as the data controller for the data described in this policy. Any question can be sent to support@rising11.club.
Data we collect
The app uses parent account details (email address, display name, and sign-in credentials), family-space membership and the invitations sent or received, the record that a parent has read the exercise content notice, and the season data parents enter: player profile, agenda events, training sessions and their exercises, including the ones parents write in the family's own library, match records, and statistics. No data is bought from third parties, and the app performs no advertising profiling and sells no data.
Purposes and legal bases
Account and family-space data is processed to deliver the service you asked for: creating an account, authenticating parents, and sharing one child's season between the members of the same family space. The legal basis for this is performance of our contract with you. Technical data strictly necessary for the app to run securely and reliably is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service operational.
Local storage and synchronization
So the app stays usable offline, it keeps a copy of your family-space data in the browser's local storage (IndexedDB) on this device. Pending changes are synchronized with our servers as soon as the network and authentication are available. Signing out or clearing site data removes this local copy. The app uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers: the storage it relies on serves only your session and offline use.
Family-space sharing and recipients
Season data is visible to the parents who joined the same family space; the server remains the authority for family membership and access rights. Outside that space, data is disclosed only to the technical providers strictly required to run the service — OVHcloud hosting within the European Union and transactional email — which act on our instructions.
Player data
The player being followed is usually a minor. Only parents or legal guardians create an account and enter their data: the player has no account of their own. The information is limited to what parents choose to record for the season, such as first name, age category, club, position, playing time, goals, assists, and goalkeeper statistics. This information is never used for advertising and is never made public.
Retention
Account and family-space data is kept for as long as the user account is active. When the account is deleted from Family Settings, the associated data is deleted. The local copy on the device that performs this action is removed, as it is when you sign out or clear site data.
Security
Account access is protected by a dedicated identity provider, and traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Family-space membership is verified server-side on every request, so a parent can only reach the data of the spaces they have joined.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data and the data of the family space you belong to. You can delete your own account from Family Settings. For other requests, contact support@rising11.club; we may need to verify your family-space membership before acting. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Contact
For any question or request about your data: support@rising11.club, or by post to Madinina Tech, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change as the app evolves. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and any significant change to how your data is processed will be announced in the app or by email before it takes effect.
