These terms set out the conditions for using the Rising XI website and app.
Purpose of the service
Rising XI is a private companion for parents who want to follow one child's football season. It helps families keep a player profile, agenda, match records, and statistics together.
Accounts and family spaces
Each parent uses a personal account. A family space is shared only with the parents invited to it, and each family space contains one player profile. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for the information you enter.
Using Rising XI responsibly
Use Rising XI only for your own family football season and in accordance with applicable law. Do not try to access another family's data, disrupt the service, or use the website or app for unlawful, harmful, or commercial purposes.
Availability
We aim to keep Rising XI available and reliable, including useful offline access where supported. Network access, devices, and maintenance can affect availability, so the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access.
Changes to the service or these terms
Rising XI may evolve as the product develops. If we make a significant change to these terms, we will update this page and, where appropriate, let account holders know before it takes effect.
