FAQ

Questions parents ask before the first match.

A few clear answers about using Rising XI with your family. If your question is not here, our support email is always available.

Is Rising XI free?

Rising XI is currently available without a subscription or advertising. If that changes, we will explain the change before it applies.

Who can see my child's data?

Season data is visible only to the parents who have joined the same family space. It is never made public, sold, or used for advertising. Our technical providers only process data when needed to run the service.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Each parent uses their own account to access a family space. The player does not have an account of their own.

Does it work without a network?

Yes, after the latest family data or match has been opened on the device. You can continue match-day capture without a connection; changes are saved locally and synchronise when the network returns.

How do two parents share a profile?

The first parent creates the family space around one player, then shares a QR code or invitation code. The second parent joins with their own account and sees the same profile, agenda, matches, and statistics.

Where do the training exercises come from?

Each exercise comes either from the catalogue the app provides or from the library your family writes itself. Not written by qualified coaches and not professional advice: a parent decides what suits their own child.

Can I add a match I did not capture live?

Yes. Record the result of a fixture already played: final score, whether the player started, goals, and assists. Playing time, positions, and position-specific statistics stay with live capture, during the match.
